Direct Energie had the need to develop an omnichannel customer care chatbot that would handle queries from various channels (mobile app, website, Messenger…)

Natural Language Processing (NLP) to enhance Direct Energie’s customer experience

TSC worked as a technical partner on this case: NLP solutions benchmark, training process, development and integration. As a conversation expert, TSC agency also designed a chatbot workflow to ensure the best experience for Direct Energie customers.

Launched in the first quarter of 2019, Direct Energie’s NLP Chatbot is available on In-App Chat and website chat. A roadmap is on for the launch of the Bot over other channels such as Facebook Messenger.
