Share sparkles all over the world
TSC created the Customer Experience Community (CXC). This internal international community facilitates communication among the staff and boost the use of Voice of the guests (VOG) to spread best practices for customer experience.


We’re supporting Accor Hotels on its internal digital transformation
We designed and built a customized platform, with 5 modules: blog, forum, FAQ, including an exclusive tool for Accor: “Sparkles” to allow the sharing of customer experience best practices all over the world.
TSC also manage the community animation including an engagement strategy to keep the adoption growing.
