Citroën has been early an adopter on social media with a Facebook page since 2010. The brand wanted to renew it’s social media approach to have a real personalized dialog with its audience.

TSC manages the Citroën’s social accounts on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram. For each channel, TSC has developed specific operational guidelines to operate daily activities as much as brand events.
Since the project launch, the average handle time (AHT) has fallen below 2 hours on social media channels. TSC and Citroën are still working to develop new creative assets, using the latest formats and trends for each platform.
