TSC defined Ramsay Général de Santé Foundation social media strategy. The main idea was to create strong storytelling to generate engagement around specific characters. In order to raise awareness on health issues within the social community, we have concentrated the efforts on qualitative, credible and certified content sharing.
We have extended the social media strategy on Messenger in order to offer a more personalized support. As so, TSC developed the first NLP Chatbot dedicated to smoking issues and help people as well as their relatives to deal with tobacco addiction.
These successful initiatives have been pushed forward with two more topics: stress management and nutrition. Today, Ramsay GDS Chatbot provides 160 intentions thanks to the natural language processing, insuring strong medical advice. All mentions are certified by the foundation’s medical staff.
